      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer, explain, and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations
      - Follow approved scripts and ensure members understand the terms while responding to rebuttals professionally
      - Meet daily productivity goals, including 300-400 outbound dials and 24 appointments set per day
      - Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with members and providers as necessary
      - Monitor performance metrics and report member complaints to management promptly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience
      - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
      - Strong communication skills with a friendly and conversational demeanor
      - Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including start times and breaks
      - Proficiency in the English language and strong computer skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in an outbound call center or high-volume environment with auto dialers
      - Familiarity with metrics-driven environments
      - Ability to work efficiently in a results-oriented call center setting
      - Experience handling protected health information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
