      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Assist the Executive Director and attorney with case management and administrative tasks

      - Foster a positive team environment through daily acknowledgments and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a personal injury legal assistant
      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in writing and grammar
      - Excellent organizational and time-management skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage a remote work environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 or more years of experience in personal injury law
      - Familiarity with legal documentation and case management systems
      - Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
