What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and develop staff, including setting goals and providing ongoing training
- Manage client service delivery, including referrals, case assignment, and monitoring client cases
- Develop and maintain programs and resources for case management programs
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and contractual obligations
- Represent the organization externally and participate in community outreach and partnerships

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with a clinical concentration
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with an active, unrestricted license in Virginia
- At least four (4) years of related direct service experience providing trauma-focused case management and/or clinical services with youth and families
- Experience working with Spanish speaking immigrants/recently reunified families/youth
- Proficiency in basic technological tools and Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience providing services to Spanish-speaking immigrants
- Knowledge of trauma-informed service delivery and working with immigrant youth
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish language
- Ability to work as part of a team
