- Ensure compliance of new hire wages with applicable wage and hour laws
- Review new hire paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with hiring managers regarding onboarding paperwork status
- Process acquisition onboarding files timely and accurately

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in HR or related office administration
- Experience with new hire processing, including I-9 compliance
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- General knowledge of Human Resources employment practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in HR compliance or related roles
