What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide sales and support interactions via phone, email, and chat for customers and sales associates
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting customer inquiries
- Document and resolve issues related to order entry, billing, pricing, and customer applications
- Redirect incoming calls to self-service options and perform proactive follow-up communications
- Process orders and complete voice and non-voice tasks to meet client needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and resolve routine problems effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous call center experience
- Experience in food service or food service distribution
- Strong customer service skills and a self-starter attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
