What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve inquiries
- Calmly de-escalate and resolve customer issues as they arise
- Escalate complex interactions when necessary
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call-related issues and upsell when required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Must be over 18 years of age
- High School Graduate or GED required
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Proven oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems
- Strong logical problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization and work prioritization abilities
