What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve escalated customer service issues in both English and Spanish
- Follow up with customers to address appliance-related concerns and close out cases
- Negotiate and implement creative solutions in the best interest of the customer and GE Appliances
- Interact with internal stakeholders to successfully resolve consumer issues
- Complete consumer reviews for satisfaction before case closure

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- Minimum of 2 years of escalated customer service experience
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Spanish, written and verbal
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including navigating multiple online applications
