What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve escalated customer service issues in both English and Spanish, ensuring a high-quality service experience
- Collaborate with internal departments to advocate for customers and facilitate satisfactory resolutions
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to address appliance-related concerns
- Utilize multiple Windows-based programs for data management and case resolution
- Complete consumer reviews for satisfaction before closing cases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- Minimum of 2 years of escalated customer service experience
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple online applications
