      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve escalated customer service issues in both English and Spanish, ensuring customer satisfaction
      - Take ownership of customer concerns, managing data and responding to inquiries effectively
      - Follow up with customers through phone, email, or text to address appliance-related issues
      - Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate the resolution of consumer issues
      - Complete consumer reviews for satisfaction before case closure

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, in written and verbal forms
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of call-center experience and 2 years of escalated customer service experience
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Moderate to advanced computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple online applications
