What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing scripted responses to fraud detection alerts
- Assist with completing lost/stolen reports and transferring compromised accounts
- Build credit card replacement orders and prepare shipping materials
- Develop knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity
- Follow established procedures under close supervision

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of one year of recent contact center experience within the last 18 months
- Must be flexible with work schedules, including mid to late shifts and weekends
- Reliable internet connection via DSL or Cable Modem with minimum speed requirements
- Availability to be on camera during work hours

- Previous work experience in a fraud-related field
