What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask by speaking on the phone while using a computer
- Must be fluent (speaking/reading/writing) in both Spanish and English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards
