      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Complete the monthly billing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate customer invoices
      - Create and report supporting documentation for invoices to meet internal and client needs
      - Analyze billing trends to identify inaccuracies and inefficiencies in reporting and recording
      - Research billing processes for potential improvements and report findings
      - Conduct testing within systems to ensure process changes function effectively in live environments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related business area
      - Minimum of 2 years of billing experience
      - Advanced Excel skills and ability to understand complex pricing methods
      - Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with SAP Contract to Cash processes
      - Knowledge of customer contractual arrangements
      - Ability to thrive in a cross-functional matrix environment
      - Positive attitude and strong customer focus
