      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and manage the billing process at the employer to ensure timely submission of accurate claims data
      - Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, providers, and insurance companies to facilitate prompt payment
      - Follow up on adjustment claims, reconsiderations, and adjustment requests across all programs
      - Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party insurance billing protocols
      - Troubleshoot claim edits and resolve payer billing requirements in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of increasingly responsible administrative experience, including healthcare compliance and/or revenue cycle
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize workload
      - Knowledge of medical billing codes such as CPT, HCPCS, and ICD9

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field
      - Certification through a hospital or professional revenue cycle organization
      - Familiarity with the professional revenue cycle process
      - Experience with One Chart/EPIC or similar applications
