What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, process, and maintain ambulance billing and accounts receivable
- Collect, compile, and document information related to ambulance accounts
- Review and enter billing codes and charges based on patient care reports
- Process collections for delinquent accounts and prepare reports for management
- Respond to billing inquiries and maintain patient healthcare information in compliance with HIPAA

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing, coding, and/or medical terminology
- At least 2 years of previous office experience performing administrative duties
- Basic knowledge of Emergency Medical Services and ICD10 coding
- Valid Idaho Driver's License

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medical Coding certification or degree
- Knowledge of Community Health billing
- Experience with insurance claims processing and appeals
