What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, process, and maintain ambulance billing records and collections
- Review ambulance patient care reports for accuracy and completeness
- Process collections of delinquent accounts and submit to collection agencies as necessary
- Respond to billing inquiries and provide assistance to patients and providers
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining patient healthcare information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent GED certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing, coding, and/or medical terminology
- At least 2 years of previous office experience performing administrative duties
- Valid Idaho Driver's License
- Ability to pass background and drug tests

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medical Coding certification or degree
- Knowledge of Emergency Medical Services and ICD10 coding
- Experience with Community Health billing is a plus
