      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare, process, and maintain ambulance billings, ensuring accuracy and completeness
      - Collect payments from service users and insurance companies while issuing receipts
      - Review and enter patient care reports, determining appropriate charges and billing codes
      - Process collections for delinquent accounts and prepare reports for management
      - Respond to billing inquiries professionally and maintain patient healthcare information in compliance with HIPAA

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent GED certification
      - At least two years of previous office experience performing administrative duties
      - Mandatory two years of experience in medical billing, coding, and/or medical terminology
      - Valid Idaho Driver's License
      - Must be able to pass background and drug tests

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Medical Coding certification or degree
      - Basic knowledge of Emergency Medical Services and ICD10 coding
      - Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures concerning ambulance billing
