What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process customized invoices for large, complex commercial customer assignments
- Maintain third-party billing portals and ensure timely submission of invoices
- Communicate with internal teams and large commercial customers regarding account status
- Perform monthly account billing reconciliations and resolve any irregularities
- Recommend improvements for invoicing processes to enhance efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a data entry or computer-based environment
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with accounts payable/receivable or transaction-based services
- Experience with third-party portal billing
- Knowledge of transaction-based services
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
