We are presently searching for a Billing Coordinator to add to our Finance Team.

      SUMMARY

      The Billing Coordinator performs a variety of accounting and administrative tasks associated with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and project setup.

      JOB DUTIES

      § Work with Project Accountants to process consultant and vendor invoices.

      § Maintain data within financial systems and other repositories.

      § Communicate with clients, consultants and vendors via phone and email regarding invoices and payments

      § Process accounts payable and expense reports as necessary.

      § Generate, create, and augment reports for accounts payable and accounts receivable data.

      § Provide additional transaction support regarding project time and expense activity.

      EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

      Education

      Associate degree in Finance or Accounting or AAT or equivalent work experience.

      Work Experience

      0-3 years’ or more related business experience.

      KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

      Accounting Abilities

      § Familiarity with professional services and/or the AEC industry and associated accounting policies and procedures a plus.

      § Experience with working with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.

      § Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.

      § Attention to detail.

      Systems Knowledge

      § Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.

      § Prior experience with Vision / Deltek Vision preferred.

      § Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

      Communication Skills

      § Strong verbal and written communication skills.

      § Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels and disciplines.
