What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Invoice customers and independent contractors for services rendered in an accurate and timely manner
- Review and process Independent Contractor invoices, resolving discrepancies in collaboration with the Finance Team
- Distribute customer invoices electronically or by mail, ensuring proper communication with the Finance Team
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the team to evaluate current processes for best practices
- Establish and foster positive working relationships with customers, independent contractors, and internal staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- An Associate Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience managing billing processes
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proficiency in computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to think critically under tight deadlines
- Ability to process and manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of interpreting and translation services
- Experience with accounts payable/accounts receivable reconciliation
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
