What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify customers' insurance and set up accounts for various medical supplies
- Process incoming verification tasks, prescriptions, referrals, and insurance changes
- Contact clients, caregivers, and doctors to obtain necessary client information
- Collect and store credit card information for co-pays
- Research insurance guidelines and submit reports to leadership as requested

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Billing role with a focus on patient insurance verification
- At least 2 years of medical billing coding experience
- Proven ability to follow multi-step procedures with attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and maintaining effective records
- High school diploma or GED

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Education in Medical Billing and Coding
- Experience with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is a plus
