      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in managing day-to-day billing operations and support the Billing Administrator with inquiries and documentation
      - Respond promptly to billing inquiries via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams
      - Organize and manage incoming billing documentation, including faxes and electronic submissions
      - Contribute to billing projects such as claims scrubbing and review under the guidance of Accounts Receivable leadership
      - Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling patient and financial records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED; additional certification in billing, finance, or a related field preferred
      - At least two years of experience in billing or administrative support within a healthcare setting
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
      - Proficiency in electronic medical records systems (EMR/EHR), insurance carrier portals, and billing software

      - Bilingual proficiency is required for this opportunity
