- Billing – generate monthly invoicing for book-of-business.
- Cash Application – apply incoming cash receipts to plan sponsor Account Receivable.
- Aging – maintain satisfactory aging by pursing past due receivables.
- Reporting – ad hoc reporting as necessary, engage on assignments to fit the business needs.
- Communication – Engage with internal and external customers, keeping all communications concise, professional and organized.
- 1-3 years of billing experience
- 1-3 years of MS office
- Healthcare Billing (EAP highly desirable)
- Intermediate Excel
- Oracle/SAP experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

CVS Health, a Fortune 6 company, has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Coordinator, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Billing Specialist. The Billing Specialist will play an essential role in maintaining the integrity of our EAP plan sponsor billing. The candidate who fills this role will be a forward thinker with an aptitude toward continuous process improvement. The Billing Specialist will act as a key liaison for our internal and external customers, with a focus on providing an outstanding level of service. In this role, the Billing Specialist will be a key support for navigating a high production Billing & Accounts Receivable environment; directly managing their book-of business (300 +/- plan sponsors).General Responsibilities

The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $37.02This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
