What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Pricing department to finalize and implement complex billing arrangements
- Coordinate the monthly distribution of pre-bills to partners for review and revisions
- Analyze invoices to ensure compliance with firm policies and client guidelines
- Generate Work in Progress (WIP) and On-Account reports and track assigned attorneys' inventories
- Assist in maintaining accurate billing records and reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in law firm billing, specifically with Aderant or Elite software
- Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A college degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with billing systems such as Serengeti, Collaborati, TyMetrix, or EBilling Hub
