What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure daily tasks align with company goals for cash collections and Accounts Receivable
- Adhere to state and federal regulations regarding compliance and ethical billing practices
- Manage the Ready to Bill queue and perform Quality Assurance on claims and invoices
- Process and resolve unbilled tickets promptly to ensure timely payment
- Communicate consistently and professionally with team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; some college is a plus
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in medical billing, with knowledge of managed care and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement
- Experience auditing documentation to ensure compliance with payer requirements
- Proficiency in automated billing systems; experience with CPR+ preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Home infusion experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of metric measurements, basic accounting practices, and coding (ICD-9, CPT, HCPCS)
- Solid Microsoft Office skills and typing proficiency of 40 wpm
