What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure accurate billing processes for various healthcare facilities, including Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities
- Handle billing for 3rd party payers online, including Medicaid and Medicare D plans
- Manage monthly billing of Nursing Home invoices and Private Pay statements
- Address phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in Hospice Account setup and perform other assigned tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Medical Billing experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in typing and computer usage
