What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Gather additional billable items from clients and data operations
- Update billing spreadsheets with monthly memberships, new pricing, and additional items
- Interface with Corporate Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis groups as needed
- Assist in documenting processes and implementing remediation for specified areas

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 3-5 years of transactional invoicing experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
