What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete invoicing for all agency bill items for the designated region based on workflows and service level standards
- Provide support to account servicing teams with invoicing requests
- Review account setup in the broker management system to ensure accurate account screen setup
- Communicate necessary adjustments or additional information needed for invoicing policies to account servicing teams
- Coordinate with the accounting team to resolve direct bill discrepancies and expedite carrier payments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in a corporate office environment
- Some college education (no degree required)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute work activities independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous accounting experience or education
- Experience with Applied Systems EPIC
- College degree
