What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete invoicing for all agency bill items based on applicable workflows and service level standards
- Provide support to account servicing teams with invoicing requests
- Review account setup in the broker management system for proper configuration
- Communicate necessary adjustments to account servicing teams for accurate invoicing
- Address and resolve open direct bill discrepancies from the accounting team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in a corporate office environment
- Some college education (no degree required)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute work activities independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous accounting experience or education
- Experience with Applied Systems EPIC
- College degree
