What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee insurance billing operations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations
- Coordinate and monitor collections of outstanding accounts receivable insurance balances
- Conduct quality and productivity reviews of staff members
- Organize, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure adequate coverage and prompt responses to issues
- Monitor key metrics and report on staff activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare
- Associate's degree or at least 64 credits completed towards a Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree must be completed within three years of hire or transfer
- No certification or licensure required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with EPIC, Home Health, Skilled Nursing, and/or Hospice Billing and pre-services
