What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform upstream processing of 'omics data, including quality control, normalization, and exploratory data analysis
- Conduct downstream analysis of bulk, single-cell, and/or spatial transcriptomic data
- Analyze additional data modalities as required by specific projects
- Collaborate with colleagues to test and refine biological hypotheses
- Utilize R and/or Python for data exploration and statistical analysis

What is Required (Qualifications):
- PhD in Bioinformatics, Genetics, Molecular and Cellular Biology, or related field, or MS with at least 6 years of experience
- Proficiency in single-cell and/or spatial transcriptome quality control and analysis
- Experience in bulk RNAseq data processing and analysis
- Strong facility with R and/or Python, including relevant bioinformatics packages
- Familiarity with high-performance computing (HPC) systems and job submission processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience integrating multi-modal data, such as scRNAseq with scATACseq or spatial RNAseq with spatial proteomics
- Familiarity with shell scripting in a Linux environment
