What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and configure frontend and backend solutions within the cloud-based StarLIMS system
- Create and modify code using various scripting languages, HTML5, Jscript, .NET libraries, and Python
- Generate scientific reports utilizing SQL, Crystal Reports, and StarLIMS QBE
- Analyze requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications
- Provide support and training to laboratory staff on LIMS usage and best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in configuring and customizing an enterprise LIMS system
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing custom code using scripting or programming languages
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with relational databases and reporting tools, including Crystal Reports
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, data management, and compliance standards

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with StarLIMS is preferred
- Familiarity with system integration techniques, including REST APIs and web services
- Professional experience using a bug/issue tracking system
- Certificates in IT-related topics are a plus
- Experience with laboratory testing and scientific equipment
