The Department of Biology at Temple University invites applications for a tenure-track position in the areas of Cellular, Molecular or Developmental Neuroscience. We seek candidates who use cutting-edge experimental approaches to investigate the nervous system and who are eager to build synergies with existing departmental strengths. While we aim to hire at the Assistant Professor level, exceptional candidates at more advanced stages of their careers will be considered. Qualifications: A Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree is required. The ideal candidate will have completed postdoctoral training or be an early career investigator with a track record of research excellence, originality, and productivity and, a commitment towards undergraduate and graduate teaching and mentorship, as well as toward diversity, equity and inclusion.
