What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively promote the employer's products and services to customers in New Jersey, Delaware, and Long Island
- Implement a detailed annual sales plan identifying objectives and opportunities
- Conduct customer site visits, product demonstrations, and participate in trade shows
- Submit monthly sales forecasts and maintain accurate sales funnel details
- Collect and report competitive activity information using CRM tools

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in science or a closely related field
- 5+ years of sales experience in the Biomanufacturing/Life Sciences industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with business partners
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with particle counting characterization (PCC)
- Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with potential customers
- Demonstrated results-driven approach with personal accountability
