What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent the employer professionally to dental professionals in the assigned territory
- Achieve sales targets for revenue, profitability, and growth as defined by the Regional Sales Manager
- Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets
- Utilize business analytics and CRM for planning and capturing customer information
- Conduct four and a half days of field travel interacting with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 - 2 years of prior sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Typically, a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Experience in client prospecting and account management
- Passion for sales and a drive for continuous improvement
- Good negotiating and conflict resolution skills
