What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic business/sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the lab testing customer base
- Build long-term relationships with customers and prospects while delivering exceptional client service
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Participate in continued educational opportunities to enhance product knowledge and presentation skills
- Attend trade shows to educate prospects and acquire new customers while providing continued education to current accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of previous sales experience, preferably in lab sales
- Strong understanding of the sales process and commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and capability in Salesforce
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree preferred
- Strong desire to learn and educate about testing results and internal mechanisms
- Experience working with healthcare practitioners
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative management style
- Knowledge of gut microbiome and stool testing interpretation
