      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research, identify, and qualify Biotech companies for compatibility with Pharma Services Group services
      - Engage potential client companies with targeted messaging about PSG and its value
      - Collaborate with Business Development Executives and subject matter experts to discuss project opportunities
      - Coordinate the establishment of Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) with new clients
      - Utilize business intelligence platforms and internal digital tools to uncover and advance new opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field such as pharmaceutics, chemistry, or biology
      - Minimum of 5 years of related experience in the life sciences industry, preferably in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, including cell and gene therapy or clinical supply chain
      - Ability to maintain accurate and current data in the client database for the assigned territory
      - Strong prospecting skills and a self-motivated approach to sales
      - Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience selling Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) services
      - Advanced degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
      - Familiarity with pharmaceutical and biotech industry trends and challenges
      - Strong communication skills to effectively convey project requirements and proposals
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
