What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the addition of assays to drive reagent growth on automation platforms within the assigned territory
- Provide technical presentations on Capture technology and the Werfen automation process
- Assist customers through the instrument validation process to achieve go-live timing
- Perform Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) for Werfen instrumentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve elevated technical and field service problems within the geographic territory

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (BS) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Blood Banking experience required
- Prior clinical laboratory and/or field technical experience required
- American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) MT/MLS or (NCA) CLS certification required
- Willingness to travel 75%+ within the sales geographic region

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) Specialist in Blood Bank (SBB) preferred
- Experience in project management with the ability to prioritize and schedule tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with a background in training or education
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
