What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and implement a regular cadence for FP&A inputs and deliverables
- Conduct timely analysis of financial performance and communicate potential issues
- Own financial reports and presentations, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Monitor and analyze BCT investments, including capital projects and overhead spending
- Provide variance analysis and support long-range planning activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience
- Minimum 5 years applicable work in Financial Planning and Analysis, Program Controls, or related finance areas
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis concepts, systems, and processes
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
