What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to elicit and refine integration requirements
- Analyze and manage detailed requirements documentation for EDI/API projects
- Oversee EDI/API projects through testing, validation, and implementation phases
- Develop life cycle documents, including functional requirements and user manuals
- Verify and validate end-to-end testing with business and client/carrier stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Business or Technical Analyst role
- Experience with Blue Yonder Supply Chain Platform
- At least 3 years of experience with EDI ANSI X12 Standards (specifically 204, 214, 210, 990)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the transportation/logistics/supply chain field
- Strong oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and XML data formats
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Experience with ServiceNow Incident and Change management in an ITIL environment
- Degree in Management Information Systems or a related IT field
