      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs
      - Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
      - Design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions tailored to each client's unique needs
      - Collect and analyze data on behavior and progress to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
      - Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD and implementing behavioral strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
      - Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline
      - Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention
      - Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and infrequent lifting to 50 pounds
      - Reliable transportation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff
      - Familiarity with crisis management procedures and de-escalation techniques
      - Knowledge of current developments in behavior analysis and autism treatment
      - Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and families
      - Previous work with multidisciplinary teams in a clinical setting
