What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and supervise evidence-based mental health services for children with autism and related developmental disabilities
- Conduct regular sessions using various modalities including virtual sessions and virtual reality
- Provide individualized parent education and supervise program implementation
- Monitor documentation and ensure compliance with treatment plans and progress reports
- Train and support clinical leaders and behavior specialists, evaluating their performance as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in psychology, childhood development, special education, or related field
- BCBA Credential required
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders in a multidisciplinary team setting
- Knowledge of methodologies such as ABA, ESDM, TEACCH, and PECS
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

- Bilingual ability preferred
- Familiarity with School Continuum of Services and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
