      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and supervise a caseload of 10-15 patients, including treatment planning and progress evaluation
      - Train, mentor, and evaluate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
      - Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
      - Collaborate with caregivers and clinical directors to ensure treatment success across settings
      - Support quality assurance measures by collecting treatment fidelity data and reviewing clinical notes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree or higher in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
      - Two (2) years of supervisory or management experience preferred
      - BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB and proof of 8-hour supervision training
      - Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and at least 1 year in ABA
      - Strong desire to work with children and young adults

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in treatment plan development, early intervention, assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS), and report writing
      - Proven skills in performance management and coaching within a clinical setting
