      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate treatment and implement outreach services for assigned clients in the Autism Services Program
      - Maintain organized documentation and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current resident of North Carolina
      - Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or another Human Services Discipline with an emphasis in Behavioral Analysis
      - Board Certified Behavior Analyst
      - Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of North Carolina
      - Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with clients with autism or related developmental disorders
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to adapt to changing environments and client needs
      - Familiarity with evidence-based practices in behavioral analysis
