What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support methodology
- Conduct behavioral assessments and provide analytic interpretations
- Deliver direct behavioral treatment, including skills training and crisis de-escalation
- Monitor and report on challenging behaviors and restraint use
- Participate in relevant committees to ensure client care standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Strong reasoning ability to apply common sense in problem-solving
- Ability to record and enter data accurately and objectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with individuals with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities
- Familiarity with crisis management procedures and behavioral interventions
- Strong communication skills for presenting information effectively in various settings
