- Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Licensed (or eligible to be) a Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Michigan
- 5 years cumulative direct clinical experience in community and/or center (2 years’ experience post-certification preferred).
- One-year full-time experience working with adults and children with developmental disabilities.
- Thorough working knowledge of professional ethics and standards of practice.
- Ability to interpret clinical summaries and apply established medical necessity criteria to make utilization decisions.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in stressful situations
- Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, database management, and data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
- Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities

Wage Range : $63,102.73 - $83,647.81 annual salary; starting salary based on relevant experience and credentials. Comprehensive benefits package.
Additional compensation: $6,000 Sign on Bonus.

We are the behavioral health community organization responsible for the delivery of mental health, substance abuse treatment coordination, and developmental disabilities services for Kent County. We need individuals who are passionate about making a difference by helping others.
We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA ) to Perform utilization review of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and review of diagnostic evaluations. Assess individuals’ current or proposed treatment plan to identify and address potential barriers to improving individual outcomes and to ensure services are medically necessary at the requested amount, scope, and duration. The BCBA must have knowledge of Community Mental Health (CMH) services and experience working within and/or collaborating with the public school system.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm. This is a remote position.
