What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make same day contact with customers and explain the claims process
- Investigate and evaluate bodily injury claims, including determining liability and negotiating settlements
- Communicate and collaborate with other claim specialists to facilitate claim resolution
- Prepare appropriate coverage correspondence and communicate policy risk issues to Underwriting
- Analyze and evaluate injury causation and assess damages for bodily injury claims

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must obtain active adjusters license in states where required
- Minimum one year experience handling bodily injury claims valued between 10k - 50k
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent critical thinking, time management, analytical, and negotiation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience handling bodily injury claims or customer service in the insurance industry
