What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephone support for service, installation, and troubleshooting of all Rinnai products
- Repair, rework, and maintain products returned to Rinnai, documenting results of failure analysis
- Collaborate with various departments to understand product features and quality control standards
- Gather and document information on potential quality issues, providing input on corrective actions
- Maintain detailed records of work orders, quality control reports, and other documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Technical Associate degree in plumbing or electrical engineering or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of technical appliance repair experience
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High degree of technical analysis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in electronics, plumbing systems, hydronics, or boiler systems
- Relevant licensure
- Experience presenting in front of groups
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently
