What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate schedules, estimate costs, track materials, and review invoices
- Update data in databases and compile reports
- Provide administrative support to the production team
- Learn how to produce paperback and hardcover books
- Handle estimating and purchasing for book manufacturing
- Keep production on schedule by working with other departments and vendors
- Maintain and update title information in SAP
- Route and track materials to other departments and vendors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to manage multiple projects and schedule tasks effectively
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic math skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in book production and/or SAP
- Interest in printed books and publishing industry
