What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and analyze daily/monthly bank statements for accuracy and timely reporting
- Review suspense accounts and track goals related to cash management
- Record cash deposits and prepare daily posting totals for distribution
- Reconcile incoming deposits down to the batch level daily
- Respond to financial inquiries in a timely and accurate manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Excel, Access, and Word
- Minimum of three years of experience in a Payment Posting or Cash Management department
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Associate degree in business or accounting is preferred

- Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle payments from insurance payers
- Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision
- Effective communication skills in a lead accounting role
