- Req#: 20266
- Completes Medicaid Pending tasks as assigned
- Assists with collection acctivites, making collections calls, sending letters, direct deposit processing and documenting collection activity in collection module
- Coordinates resident ancillary charges and completes date entry into billing system
- Assists with census, billing, month end related activities, and processing of refunds
- Process Resident Trust Fund transactions and handling of other RTF tasks, maintins cofidential files
- Reviews uploaded Admission files and reports on missing financial information to center team
- Complies with segregation of duties as it relates to cash handling and posting
- Maintains resident files and other clerical assigned duties
