      Responsibilities

      The AR Bookeeper processes assigned accounts receivable transactions accurately and in timely accofdance

      Resonsibilities

      • Completes Medicaid Pending tasks as assigned
      • Assists with collection acctivites, making collections calls, sending letters, direct deposit processing and documenting collection activity in collection module
      • Coordinates resident ancillary charges and completes date entry into billing system
      • Assists with census, billing, month end related activities, and processing of refunds
      • Process Resident Trust Fund transactions and handling of other RTF tasks, maintins cofidential files
      • Reviews uploaded Admission files and reports on missing financial information to center team
      • Complies with segregation of duties as it relates to cash handling and posting
      • Maintains resident files and other clerical assigned duties

      Qualifications

      *High school diploma or equivalent is required.

      Posted Salary Range

      USD $22.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr.
